PRU AND SEN SOMATIC REGULATION PROGRAMME

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

A somatic and sensory, movement-and-grounding-based programme for high-need settings

Conscious wellbeing practices rooted in Neuroscience - always Trauma Informed
Our Practices

These sessions use sensory, movement and grounding-based approaches to support regulation in high-need settings, with sessions tailored to the individual needs of children,  to build calm, safety, and emotional resilience.

Somatic and sensory regulation techniques
Predictable, structured and safe delivery
Trauma informed approach
Emotional containment strategies
Movement for safe release
Co-regulation modelling for staff
More stable engagement
Higher needs individuals can become easily overwhelmed because their nervous systems often process sensory, emotional and environmental information more intensely, making everyday demands feel bigger and harder to manage.

What a Session Looks Like

Sessions are shorter, more structured and more flexible than in mainstream settings. The structure is consistent. The same opening and closing sequence every time, so young people know what to expect. Predictability is itself regulatory. All practices can be adapted for sensory sensitivities, physical differences, attention difficulties or trauma responses. No young person is required to do anything they are not ready for.
