Most wellbeing training gives practitioners a list of activities to deliver. The Science of Calm gives you something different: a science-backed understanding of why regulation works, how to read what a child or young person needs in the moment, and the embodied tools to respond. That is what makes this training credible to headteachers, SENCOs and safeguarding leads. And what makes it genuinely useful for the children and the young people you work with.
Rooted in neuroscience and trauma-informed practice. Designed around the reality of school environments - not ideal ones.

REGULATION FOUNDATIONS
Why This Training is Different
Most wellbeing trainings focus on activities - what to do and how to do it. The Science of Calm goes deeper. Participants leave with a science-backed understanding of why embodied regulation works, not just instructions for what to deliver. That understanding is what makes this training credible - to headteachers, SENCOs, safeguarding leads and the children you work with.
In-School Group Delivery
Tier 1 can be delivered as an in-school INSET day for a whole staff team - making it significantly more cost-effective per person and tailored to your school's specific context and age range.
UK: from £1,800 for up to 10 staff
NZ: from NZD $2,800 for up to 10 staff
